Over the years, quite a few Skywagons, and a few of their pilots, have "Gone West".

Thomas Rabourn Thomas Raybourn perished in the crash of his Skywagon on October 3, 2004

Preliminary data is that after takeoff from Luna, NM, the engine failed.

Mike Golden Mike's Skywagon was destroyed under unknown circumstances.

Reagan destroyed 3458Y at Wilson Bar, ID, in a gusty wind on a summer afternoon in 2004. Reagan received only minor injuries, and is shopping for a replacement.

Grant Wilson departing Payson, AZ

Grant Wilson was an irascible, ornery, belligerent old fart who made us all smile. We miss him. He died from complications of old age, but his airplane lives on.

Gary Aldrich, Lancaster CA

61691 and Gary's partner Dave Lazerson, were both lost in a mid-air collision with a Beech Baron on 16 Jan 2004. Gary has since purchased another 180.
